The 55th running of the Masters Quail Championship concluded on Friday, March 8th, with the judges, Steve Hurdle of Hickory Flats, Massachusetts, and Gary McKibben, of Hernando, Mississippi, naming Erin's Perfect Storm, pointer male, owned by Brad Woodie, and handled by Luke Eisenhart, as the champion with Touch's Breakaway Fred, pointer male, owned by Gary and Becky Futch, and Bruce and Karen Norton, and handled by Mark McLean, as the runner-up.

The Southern Field Trial Club is especially grateful to the landowners -- Mr. Witt Stephens of Blue Springs and Mr. Ted Turner of Nonami Plantation -- for their generosity in continuing to host this prestigious event on their spectacular properties.
