Thank you to all of our sponsors. We should all lead with this. These trials would not be possible without their generous support. The National Bird Hunters Association has the very best--Purina Pro Plan gift certificates for all our winners from Purina; Gundog Supply gives us two $25 gift certificates to give to two randomly drawn winners; and Gundog Central, Mule Brand Clothing, On X, Garmin. If we are to keep our sponsors, we have to acknowledge them every chance we get.

Our judges for the weekend were Kenny Snow, Jerry Snow, Jack Glover, Tim Penn, and Jim Ogle. Thank you all for your hard work.

Chuck Kenney and his son stepped up in a huge way, bringing his buggy with dog boxes and top set for viewing. They planted birds, picked up dogs, and carried our handlers and spectators around.
My lovely wife Kristi Ogle hauled our handlers and dogs to the line. She is awesome, and we don't have to wait for the next brace with her driving. Also finding time to break loose and make sure lunch and cold drinks were waiting. The temps were above average, with both days in the high 90s, putting a strain on animals and humans. We had three water barrels along with the lake to cool down--cold water in the truck for handlers and judges.
With 65 dogs drawn for both days, this early trial was a huge success. I do apologize for cutting the entries off. We only have so many hours and so many judges. There is a lot that goes into putting these trials together and making sure they run smoothly. I want to thank all of you who contributed.

We placed three dogs for all divisions except the Amateur Gundog (JC@F) stake. Despite the heat and dry, windy conditions, we were able to find, hold, and put our birds up with little effort. Walker Quail Farm put out awesome flying quail.
