The 38th All Japan Open Shooting Dog Championship was held December 8 at Tone River Field of Ibaraki Pref.
With an entry of nine Pointers and one Setter, judges Yoshiharu Akisada and Norio Yamazaki named Riverfield M Angels Too the winner.
Angel Too started in the first pair at 7:15 a.m. The temperature was 3 degrees, the wind was light, and after 25 minutes, the point was found in front of the right. Mana handled well in style and then showed the back to the opposing dog. He scored a point and finished with a strong run at the end.
Runner-up Mr. Yukichi trimmed the starting course well in the third group and finished with a point in front of him until the end.
