Kansas Field Trial Hall of Fame
Nominations Open Through April 1, 2024
March 1, 2024
The Kansas Field Trial Clubs Association is accepting nominations for the Kansas Field Trial Hall of Fame through April 1, 2024, for inductees (people and dogs). Blank nominating forms and a complete list of criteria are available by calling or emailing Stan Wint--(816) 863-6113; Stanwint@hotmail.com.
The inductees (a maximum of 2 people and 2 dogs) will be inducted at the KFTCA Summer Meeting.
Any person who lived and field trialed in Kansas for a minimum of 5 years would be eligible for inclusion and can be living or deceased. Dogs would have to meet a series of tests to determine their Kansas status. Dogs that have been kenneled outside of Kansas, but competed HEAVILY in Kansas, may be eligible for voting and inclusion. Please see the bylaws if you have any questions. Dogs must be deceased.
We encourage nomination submissions from within and outside Kansas. We do encourage you to use a standard nomination form to assure that the election committee will have ample and standardized information on each nominee. Multiple nominations can be submitted by a single person, but please do your homework!
Send a copy of your nomination form to:
STAN WINT, 14200 Waverly Rd., Gardner, KS 66030
After the nomination time period, the Board of Directors of the Kansas Field Trial Hall of Fame will narrow nominations received from the public to a maximum of 10 people and 10 dogs for submission to the full election committee.
