The North Missouri Field Trial Association hosted the first trial of the new season at the Sportsmen's Club at Grovespring, Missouri, on September 27. This year's event was preceded by the annual bird release at the Sportsmen's grounds two weeks earlier. Birds were plentiful for this event. Even though the conditions were very warm, there were some good performances observed this weekend. A list of thanks and the winners follow.
