Field Trial Hall of Fame
-William F. Brown, Editor of the American Field, announcing the Hall of Fame, June, 1954
The Field Trial Hall of Fame was established in 1954 to honor excellence in performance and contributions to our sport. Since that time, deserving dogs and worthy field trial personalities have been elected and honored.
There are two categories of candidates.
The time-honored categories are:
- Distinguished bird dogs that are no longer living
- Persons, deceased or if living, of at least 64 years of age, who have made outstanding contributions to the field trial sport.
