The Georgia Derby Championship held in Waynesboro, Ga., concluded January 4.
Judges were as advertised, Hoss Earley of Richlands, N. C., and George Kimbrell of Ft. Mill, S. C.

There were twenty-seven entries.

Rester's Cajun Spirit, pointer male, was named the winner, owned by Allen Linder of Livingston, Tenn., and handled by Judd Carlton.
Haney's All In, pointer male, owned by Chris Cagle of Woodlawn, Tenn., and handled by Ike Todd was the runner-up.
