The Southwestern Championship slated to begin August 31 in Trail City, S.D., has been cancelled due to extreme drought and fear of more fires. The landowners of the Johnson Ranches feel this is the safest thing to do.
While we are all disappointed, it is without hesitation that we respect their judgement. We look forward to picking back up with it again next year.
